Step 1: Submit Your Email Inquiry
- For small grant (less than $15,000) inquiries, click here.
- For large grant (more than $15,000) inquiries or if you’re not sure of the grant size, click here.
- Please note: For the large grant cycle, email inquiries must be submitted at least 3 weeks before the deadline.
Step 2: Participate in a Pre-Application Meeting
- Meet with Foundation staff to discuss your funding request. If your funding request aligns with the Foundation’s funding focus points, you will receive a code to access the application
Step 3: Submit your Application
- Once approved, use access code to begin application on grant portal
- Please note: For the large grant cycle, applications must be submitted prior to 11:59 p.m. on the grant deadline.
Step 4: Answer any Questions and Await the Decision
- If requested, participate in a virtual (or in person) site visit to discuss your request and answer any questions
- For large grants, final decisions will be made by mid-May (spring) or mid-November (fall)
- For small grants, final decisions will be made within three weeks of grant submission.
Step 5: Sign Grant Agreement and Prepare Final Report
- If approved, sign grant agreement and complete bank information to receive funds.
- Fulfill grant requirements.
- Complete follow-up report as instructed within grant agreement.
